Know your floor. Know your players. Trust every number.
OptiFloor is Doradus Labs' decision-support platform for casino operators. It reads a nightly copy of your casino management system's data and turns it into the answers your slot and marketing teams already chase every week: which machines earn, which conversions worked, who is due back through the door, and who is quietly slipping away, with every number carrying its evidence, its confidence, and its limitations.
It is advisory by construction: OptiFloor never moves a machine, never writes to your casino systems, and never sends an offer. People decide. OptiFloor makes sure they decide with the whole picture.
Getting it out means one analyst building queries by hand for every question, management waiting on reports, and decisions made on gut feel dressed up as spreadsheets. Meanwhile the questions never stop:
OptiFloor answers these on one screen, every morning, from data your casino already produces.
Your actual floor plan, imported from your CAD drawings, color-tiered by performance. Click any machine for its full story: daily trend, play calendar, weekday rhythm, its standing against its zone, who plays it, and a seven-day forecast that openly reports its own tested error.
Ask "where should this machine go?" or "what if I swapped these two?" and get a ranked answer with confidence bands, supporting and opposing factors, and required human checks, or an honest refusal when the data cannot support a verdict. A floor-wide move plan ranks the changes worth crew time.
Most floors do not move cabinets. They convert games in place, and every conversion breaks machine-numbered reporting. OptiFloor keys on the location: one report lists every recent game change, newest first, each measured against the game that lived there before it. Old theme versus new theme, same spot, verdict included.
Before a machine moves, converts, or leaves the floor, OptiFloor tells you when a small number of high-value players carries its play. The conversation your team already has, surfaced automatically.
No 30-day rules: every carded regular is measured against their personal visit pattern. The result is a morning-ready answer to "who is due back today?"
Due-back and overdue lists are screened for opt-outs, self-exclusions, and every other suppression before they are built. Excluded players never enter the math. Exports carry approved identifiers, never names.
When a regular lapses past their window, they move to a "gone quiet" list with the context a reactivation call needs: their old rhythm, their worth, their favorite game, and whether anything sent since they left drew a response.
OptiFloor never invents an offer. It recommends from the offer templates your marketing team approved, gated by eligibility rules, with a measurement plan attached.
One screen, rebuilt from every night's data: who is expected through the door, who went quiet overnight, yesterday against the same weekday last week, and the newest conversion verdicts. The page a team opens with its coffee.
Every analysis, review decision, and export lands in a permanent audit trail. Recommendations require human review, and the review record shows what happened after each decision. OptiFloor also archives your CMS's short-lived transaction buffer daily, preserving a history your CMS itself discards after a few days, kept on your premises for the day an auditor or gaming board asks.
OptiFloor does not ask you to trust a vendor benchmark. It replays your own floor's history and grades itself. At our two sister-property pilot casinos in Colorado, that meant 760 historical machine relocations across twenty-two years of data, each scored using only information available before the move.
Where one property's history showed moves rarely transform a machine, OptiFloor quotes deliberately smaller effects there. It does not sell moves. It measures them. These numbers regenerate from each casino's own data. That is the offer: we validate on your history before you act on ours.
OptiFloor runs on a single on-site server and feeds on the nightly database backup your casino already makes. No live connection to production, no vendor involvement, no new data feeds. It integrates today with ATI's OASIS casino management system (one database per property; sister casinos appear side by side in one interface), through a documented data-contract layer designed to extend to other CMS platforms. All analytics run locally with deterministic, interpretable models: no external AI service ever sees your data.
OptiFloor is in live pilot at two sister-property casinos in Colorado, running daily on their own data, with an active feedback loop shaping the product ahead of general availability. The first conversation is about your floor, your data, and what we can validate against your own history.
OptiFloor is an advisory decision-support tool. It reads approved casino data on a read-only basis, never modifies casino systems, and every recommendation requires review and approval by casino staff. OASIS is a trademark of its respective owner. OptiFloor is an independent Doradus Labs product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any casino management system vendor.
