Backup monitoring and recovery responsibilities are defined in your managed-services agreement. Any restore-testing work requires a confirmed scope and schedule, including the systems covered, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria. Monitoring architecture and data handling are defined for each engagement, including the systems monitored, approved platforms, storage locations, access permissions, retention, and any transfers outside your environment. Response targets are set in each agreement.

Engagements are scoped to your environment, operational requirements, and desired outcomes. We define deliverables, responsibilities, and pricing before work begins.
